Notes
- Each member can nominate 1 affiliate.
- The affiliate can book as the member without the member attending
- The member must book the priority rounds but can be substituted out for the affiliate once the priority rounds are resolved
- unaccompanied guests are not permitted at any time
- exceptions can be made for families with greater than 4
- all guests are the responsibility of the booking member or affiliate and need to be made aware of the code of conduct and booking policies
